The Museum of the Bible in Washington, DC, says it will return 11,500 illicit Iraqi and Egyptian artifacts to their countries of origin, but many think the agreement is unfair. Host Carol Hills speaks to professor Patty Gerstenblith, a cultural heritage expert at DePaul University in Chicago.
