As the coronavirus ravages the United States, there are very few countries allowing Americans to cross their borders. Unless, of course, they’re wearing the right uniform. Americans can’t travel to many places as tourists. But if for those in the military, the US has bases in more than 70 countries — and service members are continuing to come and go.
