El Paso gathers to remember shooting victims

Today marks the one-year anniversary of a mass shooting in El Paso, Texas. Twenty-three people were killed and dozens more were wounded. The El Paso community came together today to remember those lost in the shooting. The World’s Marco Werman speaks to Fernando Garcia, the executive director of the Border Network for Human Rights, an immigration advocacy group in El Paso, Texas.
