South Korea tries to become more accessible for people with disabilities

Thirty years ago this week, former President George H.W. Bush signed the Americans with Disabilities Act, barring discrimination against people with disabilities. South Korea took much longer to pass similar legislation, and advocates are pushing the country to do more. As Jason Strothers reports from Seoul, one advocate has set her sights especially high.
