This spring, hospitals around the world started to notice that premature births were falling, sometimes drastically. In some countries, the birth rate of extremely premature infants plummeted by 90%. Host Marco Werman speaks with professor Roy Philip, a neonatologist at University Maternity Hospital in Limerick, Ireland.
