Many international borders around the world are still closed to control the spread of the novel coronavirus. But a growing number of countries are looking at cracking open their borders just a bit — but not for everyone. The idea is to open borders to travelers from countries that have done a good job of handling the coronavirus. As The World’s Patrick Winn reports, governments in Asia are keen to open up their “travel bubbles.”
