UK plans to reopen schools in September

The United Kingdom recently issued safety guidelines to reopen schools in the fall. They include separating groups of children into "bubbles” and having schools conduct their own contact tracing for students. But there are concerns that many schools won’t be able to fully comply with the measures, which also include fines for missing school.
