England greenlights travelers ahead of summer vacation period

For the last month, England held a strict policy for anyone, even citizens, coming into the country from abroad: quarantine for two weeks. Today, the government announced a change: those arriving from more than 50 countries and territories, including Spain and Turkey, will no longer have to quarantine.
