Russians go to the polls Thursday for the start of a week-long vote on constitutional changes. It’s a straight up-or-down decision, but there’s a lot packed into the vote, from more money for pensioners and working class families to a ban on gay marriage for social conservatives. But President Vladimir Putin could win something big: the possibility of another 16 years in power. Charles Maynes reports from Moscow.
