Hundreds of thousands of international college students sent home this spring due to the coronavirus remain stuck there because of travel and visa restrictions. That’s leaving American colleges and universities bracing for a steep drop in enrollment this fall. WGBH’s Kirk Carapezza reports on the academic and economic consequences.
