‘Travel bubbles’ are forming around the world — but not with the US

The UN World Tourism Organization estimates that international tourism could decline by 80 percent this year. Governments are trying to mitigate that by forming regional “travel bubbles” with neighboring countries. These allow for travel across borders for non-essential trips without quarantining upon arrival. The World’s Bianca Hillier reports.
