In Latin America this year, economic activity is expected to plummet, and unemployment to soar. Latin American governments are ill-equipped to respond as they grapple with inadequate public health systems, an inability to stimulate their economies, and roughly half the workforce getting paid “under the table.” Host Marco Werman speaks with The World's Jorge Valencia about potential relief plans.
