US tightens visa guidelines for Chinese journalists

New regulations mean that Chinese nationals working for non-American news organizations can only stay in the US for 90 days and then must reapply for a three-month extension of their journalist visas. That makes life harder for Chinese journalists, says Jin Ding, program manager at the International Women’s Media Foundation and also co-founder of Chinese Storytellers. Ding tells The World’s host Marco Werman the new regulations are a blow to press freedom.
