Authorities in El Salvador are confining inmates to their cells and placing prisoners from rival gangs in detention together. The move comes after gangs outside the prison killed dozens of people this weekend. The World's Marco Werman speaks with Rosa Anaya She runs "Segundas Oportunidades" or Second Chances, a Catholic Relief Services program that rehabilitates inmates in four Salvadoran prisons.
