Cities slow down for pedestrians during lockdowns

Around the world, we’re seeing stark photos of normally bustling cities devoid of traffic. While this transformation is temporary for most cities, Milan wants to make some changes permanent. It plans to ban vehicles from a number of streets to open them up to cyclists and pedestrians.
