Second wave of the coronavirus cases hits Hong Kong

South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore have all been praised for “flattening the curve” of COVID-19 outbreaks. Sadly, these places can’t celebrate just yet. They’re seeing a spike in new cases — but their plans for attacking the virus are still solid and worth emulating. The World’s Patrick Winn talks to host Marco Werman from Bangkok.
