The Georgian government has announced plans to revive an abandoned spa town — once the most desirable holiday destinations for Soviet workers, and a favorite haunt of the dictator Joseph Stalin. The grand spa hotel fell into disrepair after the collapse of the Soviet Union, and has served as home for refugees ever since. The BBC’s Rayhan Demytrie reports.
