Some 20,000 people have been evacuated from an area near a volcano in the Philippines. Scientists say a dangerous eruption could happen within hours. Despite the warnings, some people were returning home on Wednesday to check on livestock. The BBC's Howard Johnson sent us this report from the city of Tagaytay, close to the Taal volcano.
