Venezuela faces new crisis
The Venezuelan armed forces surrounded the national assembly over the weekend to block the reelection of the Speaker, Juan Guaidó. Guaidó also claims to be the legitimate president. But his rival Nicolás Maduro still appears to hold all the power.
