At least 12 firefighters have been injured in massive fires in the city of Valparaíso, leaving hundreds of people homeless. Authorities suspect that the fires were started intentionally. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with reporter Jane Chambers who is based an hour away from the coastal city.
