Kashmir internet blackout longest in a democracy 

The World

India becomes the world leader in internet shutdowns with 138 days in Kashmir. The Indian government which controls Kashmir brought the region offline in August. That makes this internet shutdown the longest in a democracy, according to monitoring groups. And it is just one of many internet shutdowns the Indian government has imposed this year. The World's Lydia Emmanouilidou reports.
