At the center of the impeachment inquiry is the nearly $400 million in military aid that the Trump administration temporarily withheld from Ukraine. But what does $400 million in military aid actually look like on the ground in Ukraine? The World’s Daniel Ofman traveled to western Ukraine, where the US military trains with the Ukrainian military, to find out.
