Brazil used to be a leader in responding to the AIDS crisis. But now new cases of HIV are on the rise among young Brazilians. The increase is coming at a time when a conservative movement, led by President Jair Bolsonaro, is pushing to end sex education in public schools.  Catherine Osborn has the story from Rio.
