Retired Ambassador Laura Kennedy spent more than three decades at the State Department and has worked with many of the diplomats who are offering testimony to impeachment investigators. Kennedy says many foreign service workers feel betrayed by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. She tells The World's Carol Hills that while the bipartisan ethos that once steered her profession is under attack, civil servants are fighting back in defiance of partisan political agendas.
