No vote, no apologies in UK Parliament

Only 10 days until the big Brexit deadline. But today marked another setback for Prime Minister Boris Johnson. It came from House of Commons speaker, John Bercow, who decided not to allow a vote on the Brexit deal that Johnson reached with the European Union. Bercow said he would make no apologies for his decision.
