In an information age, you can have all the information in the world, but it’s useless if you can’t understand it. And that’s the case for a lot of Guatemalan Mayans in Florida. That population is growing as migration from Central America continues. WLRN’s Madeline Fox introduces us to a group of teenagers who are trying to bridge the language gap. They call themselves the Mayan Girls.
