A pro-democracy Hong Kong legislator has asked the top UN human rights body  to investigate what she said were “brutal crackdowns” and “police brutality” against demonstrators. The World's Carol Hills talks with Hong Kong lawmaker Tanya Chan about what the UN might do to protect free speech in the former British colony.
