Rescue and recovery efforts in the Bahamas are being threatened by a new, potential tropical storm. Hurricane Dorian pummelled the northern islands of the Bahamas less than two weeks, leaving catastrophic devastation in its wake. About 15,000 people remain without food or shelter.
