Discussions on cultural trade often center on music and film. But another cultural good — food — has a much larger global market. How do different cuisines rank in the global food chain? The World’s Carol Hills speaks with Joel Waldfogel, an economist at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, who explored cuisine trade patterns for 52 countries.
