US seeks indefinite detention of migrants and children

The World

The Trump administration is expected to publish a new rule on immigration on Friday, allowing for the indefinite detention of people caught after crossing the border without papers, which includes children. Host Marco Werman speaks with Bill Ong Hing, professor of law at the University of San Francisco who has defended the Flores settlement in court for more than a decade.
