The Gambia is one country in Africa that’s still debating whether to abolish the death penalty. It’s currently suspended there while the Justice Department recently announced that the use of the death penalty would resume in the United States. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with journalist Omar Wally about The Gambia’s take on the death penalty.
