The Trump administration is vowing to fight a federal judge’s decision that blocks one of the White House’s new immigration rules. — a plan that would have barred almost all asylum applications at the US-Mexico border. The measure required migrants to apply for asylum in the first country they travelled through on their way to the US. The World’s Monica Campbell has the story.
