A judge in Italy has lifted a house arrest order and freed Carola Rackete, the captain of Sea Watch, an NGO search-and-rescue ship carrying rescued migrants. Rackete had been detained over the weekend after she defied Italian authorities and docked the ship on the island of Lampedusa.
