At one time, Hongkongers enjoyed rights and freedoms that weren't available to people in mainland China. The World's Patrick Winn tells Carol Hills that China has been slowly chipping away at those civil liberties. And the extradition bill — which drove tens of thousands to protest over the weekend — is just the latest maneuver.
