Guatemala withdraws from anti-corruption commission

President Jimmy Morales recently withdrew from CICIG, a UN-backed anti-corruption commission in Guatemala. Morales’ decision, for many, is an action that stifles action against crime in corruption from officials. Marco Werman speaks to Jo-Marie Burt, a senior fellow at Washington Office on Latin America.
