More than 400 people have died in the latest Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The good news is that there’s now an effective vaccine for Ebola that’s saving lives. The bad news is that violence in the DR Congo is making it harder to contain the outbreak. Host Marco Werman speaks with Dr. Stacey Mearns of the International Rescue Committee.
