Are Israel’s border walls really ‘99.9% effective?’

 When Trump tweets that Israel’s wall is “99.9% effective,” it’s unclear which wall he means. He could mean the wall with Egypt or he could mean the security barrier with the West Bank. The World’s Marco Werman interviews Shai Bazak, a former Israeli diplomat based in Tel Aviv, about the barrier along the Egyptian border and whether it can be replicated in the US. We then hear about the West Bank wall from Hussein Ibish at the Arab Gulf States Institute and whether the comparison with the proposed Mexico border wall holds water.
