A large fire has broken out at Notre-Dame Cathedral in the center of Paris. Eyewitnesses have described seeing flames by the bell towers and smoke billowing above the roof of the medieval building, which is one of the most visited historic monuments in Europe. Reporter Cindy Pom updates us.
