 Over the weekend, the White House announced it would be cutting aid to Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala for failing to stop its citizens from coming to the US. Host Marco Werman interviews Shannon O’Neil, the Council on Foreign Relations’ Senior Fellow for Latin American Studies. They discuss how much aid goes to Northern Triangle countries now and what the impact could be if the aid stops.
