Drama on the high seas today. A group of migrants adrift in the Mediterranean Sea was rescued by a passing oil tanker. But when they learned the ship was bound for Libya, some of the migrants seized control of the tanker, and forced it to head back toward Europe. The armed forces of Malta then took back control of the ship. Was this an act of piracy or of self-defense?
