One of the biggest musicians to come out of Tlaxiaco is singer Lila Downs. She’s best known for celebrating the region’s traditional music. But she is also just as open to celebrating and collaborating with other artists from throughout Latin America.Her most recent collaboration is with French-Chilean rapper Ana Tijoux. Together they sing Tijoux’s ballad “Tinta Roja.”
