One of the first decisions made by Mexico’s new President Andrés Manuel López Obrador was to crack down on fuel theft from the state-owned oil and gas company Pemex. Next thing you know, there've been gasoline shortages and long lines at gas stations in Mexico City. Host Marco Werman gets the details from reporter Emily Green in Mexico City.
