Erendira Rendon arrived in the US from Oaxaca, Mexico, with her parents at the age of four. Now 33, Rendon works in immigration advocacy in Chicago and she’s a DACA recipient. Rendon tells Marco Werman that she’s not optimistic that President Trump nor the current Congress will offer a solution for DACA recipients like her. She believes the roughly 800,000 DACA recipients are mere pawns in the ongoing immigration debate.
