Misogyny law in Britain

Members of Parliament in Britain are due to vote on a new law that would make misogynistic behavior a hate crime. It's part of legislation that would ban unsolicited pictures being taken under someone's clothing. If it passes, someone convicted of the crime would get a tougher sentence if it was deemed to have been caused by misogyny. The BBC's Nick Miles reports.
