Since the beginning of the year, the Trump administration has slapped two sets of tariffs on uncoated groundwood paper from Canada, driving up costs for newspapers in the US. We hear about how these duties are affecting one slice of the industry from Andrew Johnson, president of the National Newspaper Association and publisher of three community newspapers in Wisconsin.
