UK home secretary calls for stop and search policy after knife attacks surge

In the UK, especially London, knife attacks are on the rise. Home Secretary Sajid Javid has advised that police officers be empowered to stop and search individuals with probable cause. Some opponents of the policy say it leads to racial profiling and wrongful detention. Carol Hills speaks to Nick Glynn, a former police officer who now consults with police on reform.
