Attack threatens stability in Afghanistan

The top US military commander in Afghanistan narrowly escaped an assassination attempt Thursday. But several top Afghan leaders in the city of Kandahar were killed or wounded. Observers say this attack could seriously destabilize the region. Host Marco Werman speaks with author Sarah Chayes. She lived in Kandahar for a decade running non-profits, and then advising the US military.
