In the course of her day Andrea sets up interviews with newsmakers, mixes news packages and works closely with a number of the program's foreign correspondents. Her job is to find fresh and unique angles on foreign stories that go beyond the newspaper headlines.

Andrea moved to Boston after working as a producer in the London bureau for The World. Before joining the program, she worked in television for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and the London bureau of NBC News. She took a year off from work to complete a Masters degree in International Journalism.
