Health workers plan to immunize nearly 5 million children tomorrow. The virus had been eradicated from those countries years ago, but it recently reappeared.

Correspondent Karen Weise reports on a new program launched in Panama to vaccinate all ten-year-old girls against HPV -- a sexually transmitted virus that causes cervical cancer. Panamanians have almost universally embraced the vaccinations. But the government isn't saying the virus is spread by sex, and that's raising some ethical concerns.
