Gazans are slowly starting to rebuild after the three week war between Israel and Hamas. Many in Gaza are getting cash assistance from Hamas. As The World's Quil Lawrence reports from Gaza City, Hamas is aiming to demonstrate that it can still provide social services, and that it's still firmly in control.

Iraq holds its first election in three years this weekend. Up for grabs are 440 provincial council seats. The last time Iraq held provincial elections, Sunnis largely boycotted the vote. This time everyone's getting in on the act. The World's Katy Clark reports.
